This Privacy Policy explains how Printabl3 S.r.l. ("Printabl3", "we") collects and processes your personal data when you visit popband.com or place an order. Printabl3 is the data controller under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").

  • Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details.
  • Account data, if you create one: email, password hash, order history.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.
  • Communications: messages you send to our support or legal addresses.

02Why and on what legal basis

  • To meet tax, accounting and consumer-law obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • To provide customer support — performance of contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To analyse and improve the Site — legitimate interest, with cookie consent where required.

03Who we share data with

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service:

  • Shopify Inc. — e-commerce, checkout and order management.
  • Payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) — payment processing.
  • Shipping carriers — delivery.
  • Email and analytics providers — transactional emails and aggregate usage stats.
  • Tax authorities and professional advisers, where required by law.

04International transfers

Some processors are based outside the EEA. Where this is the case, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

05Retention

Order and tax records are kept for 10 years as required by Italian law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact privacy@printabl3.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
