PopBand is an independent line of wristbands designed and manufactured in Italy by Printabl3. Products are produced on demand during pre-order windows.

PopBand is an unofficial, fan-made tribute inspired by the Audemars Piguet × Swatch Bioceramic Royal Oak collaboration. PopBand is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, licensed by, or in any way officially connected to Audemars Piguet SA, The Swatch Group AG, Swatch AG, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

"Audemars Piguet", "Royal Oak", "Swatch", "Bioceramic", and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference is made solely for descriptive identification under nominative fair use. See our full Trademark Notice.

Each colorway is sold as a pre-order. Placing an order reserves your unit and authorises payment immediately. Production begins when the pre-order window closes, and orders ship approximately 30 days from purchase.

Cancellation: you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing orders@printabl3.com. After 24 hours, production may have begun and the order becomes final and non-refundable, except where required by mandatory consumer law.

EU consumers: the right of withdrawal under Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005) does not apply to goods produced to your order or clearly personalised. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are unaffected.

Prices are displayed in your selected currency via Shopify Markets. The currency at checkout is the currency you will be charged. Prices include applicable Italian VAT for EU consumers; international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable on delivery, which are your responsibility.

We ship worldwide via tracked carriers. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery for consumers, and on dispatch for business buyers.

We warrant that PopBand products will be free from material manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery, in line with EU consumer law. Normal wear, accidental damage and misuse are not covered. To submit a claim contact support@printabl3.com with your order number and photos.

Except as expressly set out above, the Site and the products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printabl3's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Printabl3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

You agree to indemnify and hold Printabl3 harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

All content on the Site (other than third-party trademarks referenced under nominative fair use) is owned by Printabl3 or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the place of Printabl3's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant consumers the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
